HIS Series High Pressure Test Bench

HIS stand with test chamber is designed for hydraulic testing of various types of shut-off, safety, control valves of high and ultra-high pressure.

The stands are designed and manufactured individually according to the customer's specification.

The bench allows you to perform the following types of tests:

  • Static compression
  • Rod tightness check
  • Leak check of the locking element
  • Housing Cyclic Fatigue Tests
  • Hydraulic fracturing tests
  • Air and gas tests by gas seekers

Basic characteristics of HIS stands

  • Drive type: pneumatic
  • Pump series: any pumps HII all 3L, 5L, 7L series
  • Number of pumps in the bench is determined individually by TA
  • Operating pressure range: 10... 5000 bar
  • Pneumatic actuator supply pressure (recommended): 5... 10 bar
  • Feed range: see pump characteristics
