Control panel for hydraulic testing of process pipelines

Process pipelines intended for supply of various liquid and gas media at production at high pressure are tested for strength by hydraulic tests.

The console is designed individually for the customer's terms of reference:

A working environment - the distilled water according to industry standard 92-0908-80.

The hydraulic test panel shall provide 2 types of tests:

• 0 to 60 kg/cm ²
• 0 to 1000 kg/cm ²

Article holding time at operating pressure 5-10 min.

It is necessary to provide a controlled pressure rate for both types of tests by using a proportional air pressure controller in the system, controlled from the control system controller for the pneumatic part of the pump.

The console includes 2 pumps:

• Hacoc prefill. The maximum filling volume is 10L. It can also be used as a pressure test pump up to 60 kg/cm ²
if the customer's specification requires.
• High pressure pump - 250 to 1000 kg/cm ²

Management System Operation:

The management system implements two modes - manual and automatic.

• In manual mode, control takes place from the operator panel, when the sequence of pump start-stop actions, pressure setting, drain starting is carried out by the operator.
• in automatic mode, control is carried out according to a program preset by the operator, by type: a pump of this or that - to gain such or that pressure for a given period of time; hold for so many minutes, turn off the pump, turn on the drain and display the test results graph on the operator panel.

In automatic mode, the system performs the specified sequence of technological operations, at the same time it monitors the correctness of execution by signals from analog pressure sensors (4-20mA) without exceeding the specified parameters and, if necessary, turns off the pumps and turns on the drainage (release is carried out by means of an electromagnetic valve to the drainage line containing the valve limiting the discharge speed) and if necessary turns on the alarm.

• Pressure readings ("Air inlet 0-10 kg/cm ² ," "Output 0-60 kg/cm ² ," "Output 250-1000 kg/cm ² , "in addition to the indication on the operator panel (from analog pressure sensors 4-20mA), must be indicated on switch gauges having Russian certificates and included in the State Register of Measuring Equipment.
• The operating pressure measurement limit must be in the second third of the scale.
• Connection of pressure gauges to the process shall allow quick replacement of the pressure gauges and easy setting of the pressure gauges to the required position.
