Application
.
The HII hand diving booster is designed for charging diving cylinders, rebreathers, SCUBA, SCBA.
The compressor has two independent drives: hand drive and air drive.
The air drive can be used with an external air or nitrogen source at a minimum pressure of 2 bar.
Hand drive allows the booster to be used for cylinder filling under severe air pressure conditions, including the pumping of residual gas from empty cylinders.
O2 modification allows to charge to a high pressure small-capacity cylinders with air, nitrogen, helium and pure oxygen in both open- and closed-cycle diving apparatuses (rebreathers).
Oxygen booster is also good for preparation of gas mixtures, used for breathing of divers: KAGS - trimix, KAS - nitrox and KAGS - heliox
Technical characteristics:
- Drive type: combined manual and pneumatic;
- Type of gas part: piston oil-free;
- Minimum inlet pressure of pumped gas: not less than 20 bar
- Maximum delivery pressure (pneumatic actuator): 238 bar
Maximum delivery pressure (manual): 138 bar
- Air drive: air, nitrogen 2-10 bar
- Gas part cleaned for oxygen applications: compliant with ASTM G93-96 and CGA-4.1
Benefits
- The world's only hand-driven high pressure oxygen compressor
- Totally clean gas part design - no grease
- No gas contamination - perfect for boosting high-purity gases
- Ideal for charging, pressure maintaining, recharging
- Unlimited number of starts and stops - designed to withstand harsh cyclic load conditions
- Smooth, simple adjustment over a wide range from 0 to MAX
- Fireproof, explosion proof
- No electronics
- Compact and lightweight - mobile solution
Limitations
- Compressor with low capacity
- Compressor is a booster: inlet gas pressure must be at least the minimum required for compressor operation
- It is not intended for pumping polluted gases, gases with mechanical impurities
