Stand for hydraulic testing of air cylinders with test chamber and control panel
Low pressure composite and steel compressed air cylinders used in breathing apparatus shall be tested at a pressure of up to 450 bar.
The test bench for hydraulic testing of air cylinders HII allows testing of cylinders for hydraulic density, strength, tension.
The test bench consists of:
- hydraulic pump unit designed to test cylinders with the required pressure;
- air compressor unit for purging and drying of cylinders after testing;
- Test Chamber
The bench pump unit is equipped with a pre-filling and loading pump, a two-plunger high pressure pump with pneumatic drive type 5L-DD to reduce pulsations during loading.
Pneumatic blowdown unit provides draining of cylinders after hydraulic tests. Removal of traces of liquid is provided by supply of air or nitrogen under high pressure.
Manually controlled by the operator using valves and pressure controls.
Solutions with different levels of automation are also available.
Various types of test results are available: mechanical recorders, digital pressure gauges with the ability to connect to an external data recording and storage system, an automated test results recording system.
