The 3G-SS-20-O-H booster has found widespread use in diving and scuba diving, extreme sports, emergency services, and life-support systems for oxygen recharging.
The hand-driven booster 3G-SS-20-O-H is designed to boost oxygen from a cylinder.
Hand drive will allow boosting oxygen from a cylinder or oxygen generator to the container to be charged. If an external source of supply air is available, a pneumatic compressor drive is advisable. This does not require additional switching or modification of the compressor design.
Compressor is very easy to operate - plug and play. No start-up, no specialized installation work required.
The HII oxygen compressors are manufactured in accordance with ASTM G93-96 and CGA-4.1 cleanroom standards.
The design eliminates the use of lubricants, which is critical to the safety of oxygen operations.
The pneumatic drive on the compressor unit allows smooth control and maintenance of the pressure at the desired level without the need for electrical automation.
The design and manufacturing process of the compressors ensure that the purity of the gas is maintained when charging the cylinders.
NOTE: When oxygen is pressurized, maximum safe discharge pressure is limited to 360 atmospheres
At higher pressures, the stainless steel of the equipment becomes a combustible material.
And other gases:
Oxygen booster compressors and units based on them are high-risk machines.
