Bench for hydraulic testing of high and ultrahigh pressure hoses
Hydraulic tests of high pressure hoses shall be performed at 300 bar and above.
The HPR hydrotesting bench allows to record micro-leaks by recording pressure changes up to 0.1% with due regard to possible deformation and stretching of the HPR. This allows you to reliably control the quality of products taking into account the requirement of a possible fall within 2%.
The test chamber is equipped with quick release connections for quick installation and removal of tested samples. The whole cycle of installation, testing, drying and removal of the product takes no more than a minute.
The number of simultaneously checked products depends on the customer's needs.Tests are carried out automatically - air release and filling with working fluid, pressure increase to the specified level, holding, discharge, drying with air or nitrogen.
The hydraulic circuit consists of:
- pre-fill pump;
- A high-pressure pump providing load testing up to 400 bar;
- Filter fluid pump;
- pneumatic drying system;
- A filter drain tank that is installed separately from the bench.
The control panel is removed separately and can be mounted on a bracket or otherwise.
