Charging unit for refrigerants based firefighting systems

Automatic fire extinguishing systems are small volume - 2L cylinders containing 227EA or FE 36 chladone, fire extinguishing agent delivery devices to the ignition site and automation system with temperature sensitive sensors.

In some cases, fire-fighting systems are made in the form of cylinders and heat-sensitive tubes filled with chladone, the walls of which are softened under the influence of temperature and holes are formed through which fire-extinguishing substance under pressure enters the fire center. Such devices can protect not only the entire volume of the room from fire, but also local objects - machines, cabinets with electric or electronic equipment.

The cylinders are charged with chladone in the liquid phase by means of a HII unit up to an operating pressure of 18 bar.

The plant is equipped with pneumatic-driven HII pump-compressors, which ensure the supply of chladone in both liquid and gas phases.

The versatility of the plant allows not only to refill cylinders, but also to carry out secondary tasks - to swing freon from transport containers, refuel cylinders, swing the remains of the chladons from empty cylinders.

Control of fire extinguishing agent supply is performed by means of pneumatic drive controlled by pressure regulator and pressure gauge without additional automation tools.
