NR series valves - general information
- Material: stainless steel. 316 steel, special materials available on request.
- Available pressure classes: 15,000 PSI (1034 bar); 20,000 PSI (1380 bar); 30,000 PSI (2070 bar); 60,000 PSI (4140 bar).
- Available sizes: 1/4 "NPT/MP/HP; 3/8" NPT/MP/HP; 1/2 "NPT; 9/16" MP/HP; 1 " MP
- Main types of valve body: type A - straight, type B - angular, type C - three-way, 1-on-pressure
- The valves of the NR series are equipped with a replaceable seat, which allows you to restore the valve without removing it from the system.
- Drive: Hand crank, available models with pneumatic drive. < li>Sealing needle type: V-shaped, regulating. < li >Stem movement: translational without rotation, prevents jamming, abrasion of the needle, seat.
- Seal material (standard version): glass filled PTFE, alternative materials are available, such as grafoil.
- Standard operating temperature range -73°C...232°C (-100°F...+450°F).
- The oil seal lock prevents untwisting during valve operation.
- Available with nut for panel mounting.
